What is virtual shopping?
Virtual shopping simulates real store environments in a tightly controlled yet realistic setting. It provides a highly realistic shopping experience for the consumers, allowing them to experience and interact with products – choosing a product from alternatives and selecting or returning those products in the same way they would in the store. Moreover, we are able to collect valuable insights on consumer-related shopping behaviors in front of the shelf (e.g., number and type of products examined and bought, the value of the purchased products, etc.).
