Reaction time measurement (RTM) reveals how quickly the consumers process information and how strong and certain the subconscious connections are between a brand or a product and a certain attribute or statement. In the RTM task, respondents provide quick and intuitive responses giving no room to think through their answers consciously. On the other hand, surveys are an explicit measurement of conscious consumer opinions about your brand or product.
