Tapping into timeline testing options is key to uncovering authentic user behavior and overlooked digital opportunities.
Passive tracking launched: Understand the full picture of online purchases
Researching online omnichannel is challenging and most options on the market include research setups that rely on (flawed and incomplete) respondents’ memory about which websites they visited. To better understand the link between browsing and purchase behavior, we’ve launched a new passive tracking method which is a holistic approach to understanding online path-to-purchase. By tracking respondents’ browsing behavior over periods of 30, 60, or even 90 days, we are able to map all relevant phases of the consumer journey: from pre-shopping, exploratory phase, all the way to behavior on specific website pages, and ultimately – checkout!
NPD with Market share projection
Companies’ investments in innovation are massive, and executives must weigh a myriad of information to be able to decide if NPD should be launched or not. Our team just launched the Market share projection add-on to standard NPD tests, aimed at estimating the in-market success of newly developed pricing, packs, claims and portfolio optimizations. By using realistic virtual replicas of brick-and-mortar stores for these studies, we effectively unlock findings that help reduce the risk and prevent costly failures in innovation.
The latest in social media testing: Replicated feeds for authentic behavior
The future of shopping is set for a social revolution. Thanks to its accessibility, social media has quickly become one of the essential business operations for brands. And due to the highly competitive digital arena, growing a brand’s social presence has never been more challenging – from standing out in the clutter and ensuring ads trigger the conversion into purchases to knowing how to successfully navigate the polarizing timelines caused by turbulent events and crises. Check out Laura Hoste (New Business Development Director, EyeSee) give a comprehensive run-down of this innovative research approach to testing social media campaigns.

We’ve examined consumer behavior in the USA and collected more than 2000 responses across 4 categories – the results are nothing short of a surprise.
